An onboarding fitness & lifestyle questionnaire will be conducted to collect information regarding your personal training goals, current level of fitness, lifestyle, & health history. This will not only help me get to know you better, but ensure that I know exactly what is necessary to help you reach your goals. This is the time to get excited about the amazing growth you are about to experience!

Personalized Workout Program
A completely personalized training plan that is specifically tailored to your lifestyle and fitness goals. Training phases will be implemented, in which your workouts and exercises will change at regular intervals. This will prevent your body from adapting to your activities and creating a plateau in progress.

Personalized Macros & Nutritional Guidance
Personalized calorie and macronutrient targets designed to match your individual lifestyle and goals. Additional nutritional guidance will be provided to help you feel confident in the tracking process, as well as access to sample recipe/meal ideas. Together we will help you establish better eating habits without giving up the foods you love!

Video Demonstrations & Form Review
Written instructions and video demonstrations on how to properly perform each exercise will be provided via the Everfit App. If you are unsure whether your form is correct, please feel free to reach out at any time to request a form review by sending me a video.

Workout & Meal Tracking
Via the Everfit App, you are able to log and document the training variables of your workouts, like weights, reps, and sets. You are also able to track your meals in-app to ensure you are meeting your nutritional goals. I will be continuously monitoring your progress to ensure I make the right adjustments for you along your journey.

Continuous Communication
Unlimited support from me personally, as I want to be there for you every step of the way. 1:1 weekly check-ins will be offered to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, and to make any necessary adjustments to your program. I know just how many of you reading this are frustrated with trying and failing to reach your fitness goals. Having started my fitness journey about 5 years ago, I know exactly what it is like to fall victim to fad diets & workouts, unnecessary restrictions, and the confusion that stems from all the misinformation out there.
From the minute I stepped into the fitness space, I instantly was passionate about it, though I was intimidated and overwhelmed at the same time. The first few years were filled with a lot of trial and error, but my love for the gym kept me coming back.
Fast forward to 2024, I have earned my Personal Trainer Certification through NASM, and am beyond excited to share the knowledge I’ve learned.
My WHY for becoming a coach stems from my drive to help prevent others from making the same mistakes I did. I want to empower others to become the best, most confident version of themselves by providing the tools and support necessary to succeed.
Deciding to get into fitness and learning how to establish my place as a female in the weight room is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. The strength I have gained has been much more than physical.
While there are certainly times for everything, embracing a balanced and sustainable approach to fitness has enabled me to build the body and confidence that I used to dream of. My goal is to help as many people as I can to do the same!
